HELLAS

Shipments within Greece are carried out with the courier companies ELTA COURIER and General Post.

Delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on your area.

Orders placed on business days and up to 1:30 p.m. are shipped the same day.

REGULAR SHIPMENTS (LOW VOLUME)

Shipping costs are €3.50 for purchases up to €100. Free shipping for purchases over €100. Payment costs by cash on delivery are 3€.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE FOR HIGH VOLUME PRODUCTS

For products with a large volumetric weight, such as suitcases, there is an additional shipping fee. The amount of the additional shipping charge is listed with the price of the product and is included in the total cost. If the total value of the specific products is over €250, then the shipping costs are FREE.

COMMENTS

- There is the possibility of receiving the shipment from the ELTA COURIER or General Post office in your area, as long as you inform us about this in the comments of your order.

- There is no possibility of prior telephone information from ELTA COURIER or the General Post about the exact time of delivery.

In any case of an obstacle to the delivery of your shipment, ELTA COURIER or General Post will contact you so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

CYPRUS

Shipments to Cyprus are made with a courier company.

The shipment is made by ELTA COURIER or General Post with a single charge of €18 for all shipments, both regular and bulky

There is the possibility of cash on delivery with an additional charge of €3.

Delivery time up to 3 working days.

*** Free shipping and free cash on delivery do not apply to Cyprus shipments.

REST OF EUROPE

Shipments to the rest of Europe are made with a courier company.

The shipment is made with ELTA COURIER with a single charge of €30 for all shipments, except for shipments to Germany, where the charge is €26.

There is no cash on delivery option for shipments to the rest of Europe.

Delivery time up to 10 working days.


AVAILABILITY - ORDER DELIVERY TIME

By the term Availability we mean the time that will elapse from the time your order is sent to the time your order is received. We will contact you immediately if any items from your order are not available. There are some cases where the stock may be out of stock. Also, there are new products announced by the manufacturer, ordered by us and expected. All orders registered on working days and until 13:30 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed from Friday noon to Sunday evening are carried out from Monday morning. The delivery time of your order is from 1-3 working days depending on the delivery area.

MAJOR VIOLENCE

If in any case for reasons of force majeure (such as bad weather, strikes) it is not possible to complete the delivery of your order within the predetermined time period, to which we have committed, we will contact you to inform you and tell us if finally you wish to complete your order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our company has absolutely no responsibility for possible damages that may occur to customers from the non-execution of an order. In addition, our online store reserves the right to deliver orders in cases of force majeure or when the goods ordered are not available from the respective supplier. In these cases, our online store takes care of updating you.
